How to Use Job Fit Analysis

From a Job Posting

View the job details page for any listing

Click the "Analyze My Fit" button

Ensure your resume is on file (you'll be prompted to upload if not)

Wait while the AI analyzes the match
Review your results and recommendations

From the AI Coach

  1. Open the AI Coach from your dashboard
  2. Select Job Fit Analysis mode
  3. Paste the job posting text or provide a job URL
  4. The AI will analyze and provide your fit assessment

Understanding Your Match Score

Score What It Means
80-100% Strong match - You meet most or all requirements
60-79% Good match - You have relevant experience with some gaps
40-59% Moderate match - Consider if you can address the gaps
Below 40% Weak match - May want to focus on better-fit opportunities
