Understanding Your Match Score
| Score | What It Means |
|---|---|
| 80-100% | Strong match - You meet most or all requirements |
| 60-79% | Good match - You have relevant experience with some gaps |
| 40-59% | Moderate match - Consider if you can address the gaps |
| Below 40% | Weak match - May want to focus on better-fit opportunities |
Important: Match scores are guidance, not definitive. Many successful candidates don't meet 100% of listed requirements. Use the analysis to inform your decision, not make it for you.
