Data Export
To download a copy of your data:
- Go to Account Settings > Privacy
- Click Export My Data
- Confirm your request
- You'll receive an email when your export is ready
Your export includes:

- Coaching conversation history
Data Deletion
Deleting Specific Data
You can delete certain data without closing your account:
- Search History - Clear from the search page or settings
- Coaching Conversations - Delete individual conversations from AI Coach
- Application History - Remove tracked applications individually
Deleting Your Account
To permanently delete your account and all associated data:
- Go to Account Settings > Privacy
- Click Delete My Account
- Enter your password to confirm
- Click Permanently Delete Account
This action:
- Removes all your personal data from our systems
- Cancels any active subscription
- Cannot be undone
Data Retention After Deletion
When you delete your account:
- Personal data is removed within 30 days
- Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for analytics
- Backup systems are purged according to our retention schedule

DirectApplicant does not sell your personal information to third parties.
